1. License Refund Eligibility

Because we provide shared licenses and digital goods that are instantly delivered upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

• If you have not received your license key within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• If the license key provided is invalid or does not work as promised.
• If there is a proven error on our part in processing your order.

2. How to Request a Refund
